What's the Process?

Our basic DIAGNOSTIC FEE covers the basic examination of your phone.

Once the repair is accepted the DIAGNOSTIC FEE is applied to the total repair of your phone/table/computer.

One of our iTech will examine and diagnose the device problems. Once one of our flat rate quotes is accepted and you authorize us to start the repair on your device, you are more than welcome to wait or return for your device. Most devices are repaired in 20 minutes or less.
